Health & Faith

Health Matters Series

Many persons are diligent in doing the important components of sustaining their physical bodies, they also seek out positive-minded quotes, lectures & visit their psychologists often, but still there is still something missing. When life's glass ceiling shatters and all falls around them it requires more than just exercise, diet and counselling to assist; it will require faith. One study shows:

"110 studies published prior to the year 2000 and 344 studies published between 2000 and 2010 for a total of 454 studies. Among these reports are descriptions of how Religion & Spirituality helped people to cope with a wide range of illnesses or in a variety of stressful situations.. In the overwhelming majority of studies, people reported that Religion & Spirituality was helpful.1

But faith in what? Many are told to hope and to trust the process and that the universe will help them- "pie in the sky", but nothing can really fulfill the souls need as a faith in Christ and his word. Why? because health is very much a spiritual process also. That explains the reason behind the concepts and practices of yoga and acupuncture(Eastern Mystical Religions) is that another power that balances and brings the needed force. This now highlights the fact that their are more than one healing agencies being presented to the world.

Which will you choose? many persons have faith in their doctors or in their hebalist and have none in Jesus who dictates what constitues true health.

"And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the Lord that healeth thee." Exo 15:26 KJV
